I had bellafill done a few months ago and I absolutely love it. The staff at CSA are so skilled and knowledgeable that I walked out looking and feeling vibrant but not as if I had actual "work done". I had a great experience! I came for a facial and had an appointment with Micah. I got there early and instead of waiting for my scheduled time they saw me right away! They were very thorough in getting to know my skin type and needs. I have very sensitive skin, so thats important to me. Also the atmosphere was very relaxing. The esthetician was friendly and made me feel comfortable. But she didn't talk the whole time, so I was able to relax which I appreciated. I would recommend this place, and especially micah, to anyone looking for a rejuvenating facial! My skin is still glowing from it! More

I had the most pleasant experience at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates. I was greated with a warning smile as soon as I walked in to their beautiful new location. Nathania not only has a beautiful smile but an amazing personality as well and I must add extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Dr. Courtney not only does she have the best first name ever, she has most definitely taken great care of my appearance and anxiety (about my upcoming procedure). She answered every question and did a great job with my first lip filler and is also lovely to speak with and extremelyknowledgeable. It’s rare to find a doctor let alone an entire staff that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. I highly recommend becoming a patient here for all ofyour cosmetic needs! More

Have had such an amazing experience here. I came in to have PDO threads removed that were botched at another med spa (NOT by cosmetic surgery affiliates.) Ann has gone above and beyond to help me correct this issue, even going so far to call the manufacturers of the thread company for me to try to help. Would highly recommend this place for any treatment you want, I  will absolutely be continuing to go here after this issue is resolved and cannot say enough how much I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and help.
